The Town Council approved the Mayoral appointments of two members to the Senior Citizen Advisory Commission. The council received an update on the town's compliance with electric vehicle charging requirements and celebrated receiving a Charging Smart Gold Award. The council authorized the termination of the current animal services provider and approved interim contracts for animal control and sheltering services while preparing a request for proposals for long-term solutions. A donation from the People4Parks Foundation for a playground resurfacing project was acknowledged. An ordinance to amend municipal code regarding radar-enforceable speed limits was introduced. Additionally, the council recognized the Windsor High School MEChA club for their community activism and advocacy, and designated March 31 as a day to support farm workers' rights.

Additionally, an update was provided regarding the relocation of the beverage container recycling facility.

The Planning Commission held a presentation regarding the Town's budget challenges, revenue sources, financial forecast, and potential future sales tax measures. The Commission provided feedback and suggestions for community outreach regarding these fiscal topics. Additionally, the meeting included a review of written communication, a request for a future discussion on street tree policy, and an overview of upcoming informational meetings regarding personal storage facilities and future joint meetings with the Town Council and School Board of Trustees.
