The board conducted a zoning public hearing which included the approval of street light districts for Sun City Pod 26A and 18, and approval of consent agenda items regarding lot subdivision and platting for land lot 9 and Swint Road parcels. The board denied a special exception application for a manufactured home and approved an urban proximity regulation following a second reading. Additionally, the board entered an executive session to discuss personnel, potential litigation, and real estate acquisition matters.

The board conducted a series of budget presentations for the Fiscal Year 2027. Departments presenting their budget requests included the Tax Commissioner, Accountability Court, Solicitor General, Executive, Animal Shelter, Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Code Enforcement, Tax Assessors, and the Cooperative Extension. The Public Defender department had no presentation and requested no changes from the prior year budget.
