The Commission recognized championship youth basketball teams with keys to the county. Administrative actions included signing exonerations from the assessor, ratifying fiduciary settlement reports, and confirming the appointment of new personnel by the Sheriff's office. The Commission approved a borrow/waste agreement with the City of Fairmont regarding the Poor Farm site and tabled a request from the Mannington Sewer Board for a change in the scope of allotted ARPA funds. Additionally, the Commission received a plaque of appreciation from a retired veteran and heard a public presentation regarding concerns about water purification, chemical contamination, and the reduction of plastic usage.

The commission reviewed and signed several administrative orders, including exonerations from the assessor, settlement reports, and a budget revision for the fiduciary office. Discussion topics included an emergency allocation for city pump repairs, updates on the county roof replacement project, and community corrections grant reimbursements. Several candidates for the upcoming primary election provided introductions, and representatives from local transit and library authorities advocated for support for their respective levies. Additionally, a plaque was presented to honor a community member. A public hearing was conducted regarding the annexation of a property tract by the City of Fairmont, resulting in the commission's approval of the annexation order.

A Fair Housing Resolution was adopted, and a first reading was held for an ordinance to amend emergency telephone system rates. The Commission approved the initiation of a public hearing for a proposed annexation by the City of Fairmont. Furthermore, the Commission authorized a planning study requisition, approved the reappointment of a member to the Monumental Public Service District, and formally approved the ballot for the upcoming primary election, including designations for early voting locations. Public comment addressed concerns regarding property stabilization for a mobile home park and a request for financial assistance for Marion County Meals on Wheels.
