The Development Review Committee discussed the site plan, TIA, and landscaping plans for a proposed public storage facility. The committee reviewed a development proposal for a new quilt shop with retail and workspace at 124 NW Cascade Ave. Key discussion topics included zoning compliance within the Downtown Historic District, design guidelines, parking stall requirements, and the need for a boundary line adjustment. Additionally, the council considered accepting an Office of Public Defense grant, approved a task order for solar design and construction services at the airport, and authorized a grant application for improvements to Stan Hedwall Park.
