Swau Assembly
The special assembly was held to honor students who are Departmental Recognition Award (DRAW) winners across various academic and service departments, including Gymnasium Facilities, Grounds, History and Social Science, Women's Residence Hall, Business Office, Library, Honors Program, Dinosaur Science Museum, Business, Kinesiology and Public Services, Education and Psychology, and Media Services. The ceremony included announcements and congratulations for the recognized students. The speaker emphasized the importance of celebrating the students and asked attendees to remain respectful of the time frame, noting that the next event is the senior sendoff assembly. A special presentation was also scheduled to be made by President Patterson at the end of the assembly.
