School Board School Board Meeting
The meeting included a recognition of the Interlachen Junior Senior High competitive cheer squad for their achievements at the regional, state, and national levels, as well as a presentation by student journalists from the Lion Pride Press at James A. Long Elementary. The Board also received an update on a community autism awareness resource event. During public comment, concerns were raised regarding sole-source contracting, and the Board discussed scheduled workshops for audit matters and purchasing, as well as roadway improvements and the exclusion of sidewalk construction from the current paving project scope.
