San Antonio River Authority Special Meeting
The Board of Directors meeting included presentations regarding the fiscal year 2025-26 financial audit and the annual comprehensive financial report. The Board addressed budget amendments and the establishment of a new project for the Next Generation Flood Warning Bexar Implementation, as well as an amendment to the interlocal wastewater treatment services agreement with the City of La Vernia. Additionally, the Board discussed a master interlocal cooperative agreement with the City of Elmendorf, an agreement with the San Antonio Water System to amend sewer certificate of convenience and necessity boundaries, and approved international travel for an ambassador's water experts mission. The meeting also featured reports on human resources performance, solicitation plans for engineering services, and collaborative activities with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
