This long-term strategic plan for the Louisiana State University Health Shreveport Program in Speech-Language Pathology, spanning 2023-2028, aims to ensure mission consistency, proactively address program needs, and establish accountability. It aims to capitalize on existing strengths and direct efforts toward areas where LSUHSC-S can make the most significant impact, providing a unified direction for advancing and achieving its goals. The current five-year strategic plan covers 2023-24 through 2027-28.
