The meeting covered updates on Bulletin 2023-02, including changes to Section 19 and guidance concerning the city of Vicco. Updates were provided on the number of jurisdictions participating and the addition of Calloway County. Information was shared regarding the dissolution of the city of Vicco and the handling of LGPT funds. The council also discussed Bulletin 2022-03 E-Services FTP Option and a data security update, including incident reporting requirements and the upcoming effective date of 806 KAR 3:025.
