BoardSchool Building Authority of West Virginia Evaluation Instrument
This document is an evaluation instrument for a previous ten-year Comprehensive Educational Facility Plan (CEFP), mandated by West Virginia Code and Board of Education Policy. It requires Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and completeness of projects and amendments within the prior CEFP.
