Eston College's strategic vision is to equip students to know the Scriptures and the power of God to further the Great Commission. The plan focuses on being a ministry launch pad, fostering Word-centred, Spirit-filled, and missional co-workers through biblical education, ministry training, and spiritual formation. Key priorities include disciple-making, specialized pathways for various callings, fiscal accountability, positive student and staff relations, and effective communications for development. The vision aims to produce debt-free graduates who reproduce multiplying disciples, contribute to a growing youth ministry movement, and serve as a catalyst for revival in post-Christian Canada.
