Norwood Housing Authority Regular Meeting
The Norwood Housing Authority's regular meeting will cover public participation, payment of bills, publications, and RSC activities. The Executive Director's report includes SEMAP high performer status, a performance management review, public housing notices, an update on the 2025 Board Meeting Schedule, the MassNAHRO Spring Conference, a Community Preservation Committee presentation on roof replacement, and updates on the 7 William Shyne Circle Fire and parking at Walsh, Maguire, and Willow Wood Terrace. New business includes a VAWA policy update, quarterly financials, modernization/major work items such as fire alarm upgrades and roof replacements, kitchen upgrades, sustainable exterior lighting improvements, sewer lines replacement, and annual inspections.
