Huron School District Board Of Education Regular Meeting
The board approved the hiring of several staff members, including a bus driver, elementary resource teacher, ASD teacher, cooks assistants, independence aides, and a lunch/recess aide. Additionally, the board approved updated fall coaching positions, appointed a MASB board delegate and alternate, and authorized an unpaid leave of absence for a staff member. The board reviewed the first reading of a policy regarding personal communication devices, heard reports from the Facilities Committee and LDFA, and approved accounts payable. The meeting also included general comments from board members and the superintendent welcoming staff back for the school year.
