The board meeting agenda focused on receiving updates regarding current projects and programming. Additionally, the board conducted a review of the Founders Park plan, which includes a sport court, parking lot expansion, road widening, and a new restroom facility.

The commission reviewed several development proposals. This included a withdrawn request for a short-term rental permit, a failed motion for a zoning map amendment and preliminary plat for a new residential subdivision, and the approved amendments to the Dogwood Grove subdivision to facilitate an expansion of the Cottages of Lake Saint Louis. Furthermore, the commission approved the zoning map amendment, special use permit, and site plan for the 20-bed expansion of the Cottages of Lake Saint Louis skilled nursing facility. The meeting also included the election of a Chairman and Vice Chairman, along with project updates from staff.
