Tennessee Tech Board of Trustees Audit & Business Committee Minutes
The committee reviewed the unaudited financial statements for FY24-25 and discussed major financial health metrics. Actions taken included recommending the approval of the FY2025-26 Revised Budget and Organizational Chart, the Tuition Transparency Act Report, and the Landscape Master Plan. The committee also moved to recommend approval for several disclosed capital projects, including the CRC Wind Tunnel, Tennis Complex, and Parking Garage, as well as the naming of the Student Event Center & Spirit Commons. Additionally, the committee reviewed and recommended approval for the University & Ag Foundation Agreement, updates to travel, student fee, and gift solicitation policies, and the 2026 Audit Plan.
