The ordinance estimates cash on hand, expected cash receipts, contemplated expenditures, and the amount of property taxes to be received during the fiscal year.
The special board meeting included the appointment of the Director of Finance as the Authorized IMRF Agent for the Batavia Park District. The Batavia Park District is authorized to dispose of personal property that it deems is no longer needed or useful. The Board of Commissioners finds that the property described in Exhibit A is no longer needed or useful and authorizes the Executive Director to sell or dispose of the property described in Exhibit A in a manner not inconsistent with the Park Code or direction of the Board.
