McMinnville Water And Light Commission Commission Meeting
The Commission addressed several items including approval of a public improvement contract for the East McMinnville Substation Expansion Project, authorization of a ground lease agreement with CCATT LLC for a cellular antenna system, and a presentation on forest management activities. A public hearing was held regarding water rate changes, where the Commission reviewed a cost-of-service study. Other actions included approving an Above-Contract High Water Mark Load Service Election for power sales, setting a future public hearing for electric rate changes, updating the Watershed Wildfire Mitigation Plan, and adopting an updated Broker/Dealer firm list. The Commission also reviewed the annual Investment Policy, provided direction on the Customers Helping Customers program, and appointed a commissioner to initiate the general manager's performance review. Additionally, the results of the 2026 employee survey were presented, and an executive session was held to discuss confidential advisory employee information.
