Discussions on Pence Park also covered incorporating a splash pad into the children's playground area.

The first formal announcement was the proclamation of January 20, 2026, as "Boon Bulldogs Day" to celebrate the youth football league's historic season achievements, including seven teams advancing to the Super Bowl and three remaining undefeated. The proclamation was accepted by Edgar Burton, Football Commissioner for the Boynton Beach Bulldogs.

The agenda review covered several key items for the upcoming City Commission meeting. Discussions included requesting a proclamation for "Bulldogs Day" in celebration of a historic season.
