Lander University Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes
The board discussed a comprehensive report from the university president regarding record-breaking enrollment goals, campus facility expansion, and the integration of artificial intelligence initiatives. Key actions included the approval of revisions to the university mission statement and the termination of several academic programs. The board also reviewed and adopted numerous policies, including frameworks for AI governance, data classification and privacy, vulnerability management, emotional support animals, and drone operations, as well as updates to administrator evaluation processes and grading systems.
