The council discussed the Solano County One Bay Area Grant Cycle 4 Call for Projects and considered a request to authorize a Letter of Support for the Solano Mobility Programs $1.2 Million Grant Application. Furthermore, the meeting addressed the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Transportation Development Act Matrix for claims involving Solano Transportation Authority, Solano County, and the city of Suisun City. Transit operator updates from various local agencies were also included on the agenda.

The committee discussed updates on the Solano Coordinated Call for Projects, including the One Bay Area Grant Cycle 4, Solano Community Action Resource and Empowerment Funding Program, Transportation Development Act Article 3, and the Transportation Fund for Clean Air 40% Fund Program.
