The committee approved several bids and contracts, including audit services with Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC, the purchase of cardiac monitors for the Fire Department, and a combination jet/vac truck for Public Works. Funding applications were approved for the MOJA Arts Festival and the NFWF Newmarket Creek Restoration project. Additionally, the committee authorized fee amendments and construction contracts for the Fort Pemberton Public Access Improvements, Prioleau Street Sidewalk and Plaza improvements, and major drainage improvements in the Windermere area. Other actions included authorizing a body-worn camera grant application for the Police Department and the execution of a management agreement with Explore Charleston, CVB, Inc. for the Visitor's Reception and Transportation Center Garage.

The Design Review Board evaluated two project applications. The first involved a request for conceptual approval for three multi-family buildings on Johns Island, which resulted in a deferral based on architectural direction. The second involved a request for preliminary approval for a new storage building on Clements Ferry Road, which was granted with specific conditions regarding facade material articulation and landscaping improvements.
