The joint meeting focused on district-wide facility needs and potential bond proposal planning. Participants reviewed teacher survey results, identified priority infrastructure projects for the Frankfort, Vermillion, and Centralia school sites—including playground, HVAC, and electrical system improvements—and discussed funding sources such as Capital Outlay and Woolsoncroft Funds. The council evaluated the necessity of a community-wide survey versus direct presentation of findings to the school board, ultimately deciding to prioritize specific project needs for the bond proposal based on existing community and faculty feedback.
