BoardSalary Grievance Committee Of Midland County, Texas Minutes Of Meeting
The committee convened to discuss and take action on salary grievances presented by elected officials. Constables from Precinct 2, Precinct 3, and Precinct 4 each presented requests for a base salary of $90,000.00. Following deliberation and input from county staff, the committee unanimously recommended a base salary of $100,000.00, in addition to longevity, allowances, and any applicable supplements for the respective constables.
