The commission discussed and approved amendments to Chapter 710 and Chapter 707. Various extension requests were granted for ongoing construction projects. The board addressed enforcement orders regarding unauthorized work in buffer zones. Multiple projects were approved as negative determinations for request for determination applications. Various notices of intent were reviewed and approved with conditions, including requirements for revised site plans. Certain agenda items were continued to a future hearing date. Certificates of compliance were approved for multiple projects.

The committee discussed several Notices of Intent regarding dock construction, maintenance dredging in the West and North Bay channels, and shoreline stabilization projects. The meeting also addressed commercial slip issues in Barnstable Harbor, a boardwalk construction proposal, and minor project modifications for pier licensing. Furthermore, the committee approved opening the Cotuit Bay Shore mooring waitlist and reviewed proposed adjustments to buoy configurations to enhance waterway safety and navigation. The Harbormaster provided updates on the upcoming mooring renewal deadline.
