The Common Council of the Borough of Milford introduced an ordinance to authorize the acquisition of a DPW truck, appropriating $150,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund for this purpose. The ordinance details that the authorized improvements are not current expenses and that no debt is authorized for these improvements.

The Borough of Milford Planning Board / Joint Planning Board-Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing to consider a proposed 2025 Housing Element and Fair Share Plan for adoption as part of the Borough of Milford Master Plan. The board will hear testimony from its planning expert and allow cross-examination and testimony from interested persons. Following the hearing, the board may take action by amending and/or adopting the plan.
