This Trustland Plan for Thunder Ridge Elementary aims to improve K-6 student growth and proficiency in Language Arts by at least 3% as measured by Acadience assessments from Fall 2026 to Spring 2027. The plan focuses on strategic pillars including enhanced teacher support through collaboration and professional development, provision of classroom literacy, STEM, and science resources, hiring of intervention and classroom aides, promotion of student leadership, and integration of student wellness initiatives.
