Additional topics included public engagement requirements such as mandatory noticing, developer-hosted open houses, and the creation of websites for project information. Technical standards regarding noise mitigation, water consumption via closed-loop cooling systems, power grid connection improvements, and financial assurances for decommissioning were also discussed.
