The Board approved a facility management custodial service contract with White Maintenance Service. Seven special events were designated as festival zones, and a fireworks display in Forest Park was authorized. The Board approved emergency repairs for water division vehicles and electrical infrastructure upgrades. Several property-related requests were approved, including a property consolidation for the Betty Jean Care People's Health Center and public improvement projects involving kiosk and conduit installations by Ike Smart City and Ameren Missouri, respectively. Additionally, the Board approved four applications from AT&T and granted approval for several conditional use applications.
