Ventura County Community College District Institutional Effectiveness Report
This Institutional Effectiveness Report details the development and implementation of the Ventura County Community College District's (VCCCD) Districtwide Dual Enrollment System. Aligned with VCCCD's Strategic Goal #2 to increase equitable access and success for all students and the California Community College Chancellor's Office's Vision 2030 Goal #2 for Equity in Access, the plan focuses on strategic vision, collaborative leadership, K-12 partnerships, communities of practice, data-informed decision-making, an Early College On-Ramp Strategy, and streamlined enrollment processes. The initiative aims to broaden higher education opportunities, increase enrollment for underserved populations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
