This Master Plan outlines strategic communication goals for the City of Eastvale from 2026 to 2029. Key areas also include digital presence and social media management, economic development outreach, inclusive and accessible community engagement, internal communication collaboration, LA2028 Olympic branding efforts, and strategic videography to inform and engage stakeholders.

The meeting included a monthly fire department update, which indicated an increase in calls. The police department update showed a decrease in calls for service and traffic collisions, but an increase in total citations and vehicle burglaries. The commission discussed prohibiting parking on certain streets due to complaints about overnight parking, litter, trash, debris, abandoned vehicles, increased crime, vandalism, and suspicious activity. A resident spoke about the problems with parking and trash in the neighborhood and requested that no parking be enacted in the neighborhood. Another resident spoke about the parking problems and the trash.

The meeting included a presentation by the Riverside County Airport Land Use Commission regarding airport land use planning around airports. The presentation covered topics such as the history and purpose of airport land use commissions, the relationship between airport master plans and airport land compatibility plans, and specific details regarding the Chino compatibility plan. The commission also discussed a project for a mix of retail and light industrial on a vacant parcel.

The Eastvale General Plan update, known as Eastvale 2040, is a community-driven roadmap outlining the city's vision for future growth and development. Developed through extensive community engagement, it addresses key areas such as housing, transportation, parks, open space, business integration, residential expansion, and civic infrastructure including the Civic Center, city hall, police station, library, and Innovation Center. The plan aims to guide Eastvale towards becoming a vibrant, sustainable, and inclusive community, ensuring it remains a prosperous and safe environment for residents to live, work, and play.
