The board meeting agenda includes reviewing the April agenda, discussing summer projects, and holding an executive session on personnel. Other agenda items include approving minutes, treasurer's report, general fund bills, food service report, activity and athletic fund reports, reviewing correspondence, district personnel reports, public comment, and new business items such as hiring permissions, bill payment permissions, bid tabulation and award permissions, Teacher Recognition Day approval, Nutrition Groups' Fixed Price renewal approval, amended New Story agreements approval, data package approval from IU 19, policy approval, maternity leave approval, sub-driver approvals, staff approvals for ESY, board requests approvals, fundraiser approvals, and other agenda items. Reports from the elementary and high school principals, and the curriculum coordinator, cover various topics including student activities, academic achievements, professional development, and curriculum updates. A financial report from the business manager is also included.

The meeting covered welcoming new and returning members, replacing the high school student representative, reviewing the wellness policy (revised on 9/16/24 and to be updated in the spring 2025 meeting), health office updates including immunization reports, screenings, and new AED machines.

Reports from the high school principal, elementary principal, curriculum coordinator, and special education supervisor cover various school activities, academic achievements, professional development, and program updates. A business office report covers the governor's proposed budget, transportation, federal Title fund monitoring, budget process updates, tax collection, and the implementation of online credit/debit card tax payments.

The School Board meeting agenda includes reviewing the Treasurer's Report, approving general fund bills and food service reports, and filing activity and athletic fund reports. Reports from district personnel will be presented, followed by a public comment period. New business items include considering hiring permissions for vacancies, bill payments, a new teaching position, a resolution concerning the Intermediate Unit budget, a tax collector raise, and various personnel actions (hires, resignations, volunteers, student teachers). Board requests for various events and trainings will also be considered, along with a list of fundraisers. Finally, the board will review reports from the elementary principal (math challenge, INDEPTH program, School Counseling Week, PBIS Blow Out, enrollment, Lunch With A Saber, bFit Assembly, mobile dentist), high school principal (walking path, Scholastic Bowl, band and chorus, PSAT and SAT, mock interviews, Barnes Externship, National Honor Society Banquet, STEM field trip, parent conferences, Coaches vs. Cancer, semi-formal dance), and curriculum coordinator (PIMS submissions, budgeting, STEM VISION 2030, K-6 and HS STEM initiatives, principals and administrators team, professional development, SPEL grant). A special education report will also be presented, covering extended school year, early intervention, autistic support, and behavior professional development.
