City Council Workshop Meeting Minutes
The City Council workshop covered several key topics. These included a presentation and transition plan for the new Munis Utility Billing software module, an informational update on the St. Charles County Bike-Walk Plan, a third-quarter progress update for the 2024 Strategic Plan, updates and policy changes regarding 2025 Employee Benefits, and fee schedule adjustments for the 2025 Budget. Additionally, the Council reviewed an episode of the Cityology series regarding Council responsibilities and approved a motion to enter into a closed meeting to discuss legal, real estate, and personnel matters.
