Board of Education of the School District No. 17 Meeting
The meeting included a student showcase highlighting achievements from various schools. The board approved Dr. Heidi Penke as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, adopted Rule 2100.24 regarding the Assistant Director of Special Education, and reaffirmed several policies related to student services and curriculum. Additionally, the board approved the High School and Middle School Handbook and Registration Guides for 2026-27. Contracts were approved for various construction and replacement projects at Aldrich Elementary School, North High School, and North Middle School. Personnel actions, including new hires, resignations, and voluntary separations, were also approved. Reports were presented on the Graduating Class of 2025 ACT results and the EL End of Year 2024-25 Program. The Millard Public Schools Foundation Campaign Report was also shared.
