The board discussed and recommended the approval for the Colorado Community College System to proceed with an amendment to the Educational Advisory Board (EAB) contract. This includes adding the Student Success Collaborative Intelligence Module/Predictive Analytics for Front Range Community College (FRCC) and end-to-end testing capability for the System Office. These additions will increase the overall EAB Contract by $75,000. The board also recommended delegating the authority to sign all related contract documents to the System Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration, contingent upon adherence to all Board and State processes.

The board is considering the approval to acquire EAB's Edify Platform to develop system-wide capacity in institutional research and data analytics. The platform aims to provide a robust data warehouse for data analysis and dashboard development. The implementation will begin on July 1, 2024, and is planned for two years, focusing on building a centralized system data warehouse with data from all thirteen colleges. Six systemwide dashboard accelerators will be provided, representing key areas such as Strategic Enrollment Management, Student Success and Retention, Financial Sustainability and Course Planning and Optimization.
