The Los Angeles County Roadmap aims to achieve significant waste reduction in the County's unincorporated areas. The action involves reapportioning ad valorem property tax shared by affected taxing entities to support domestic and fire suppression water services for the annexation area. The board also reviewed and confirmed that the actions are administrative in nature or statutorily exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
