It integrates various sub-plans addressing critical aspects such as transportation, farmland preservation, outdoor recreation, land and water resource management, community health, hazard mitigation, and lake management. The plan also incorporates community feedback through survey results on quality of life, housing, transportation, resource protection, public services, and economic development.

This document, part of the Fond du Lac County Comprehensive Plan 2020 - 2040, provides extensive demographic, economic, and housing data. It presents detailed tables on population trends, age distribution, race, ethnicity, household projections, income, poverty levels, labor force, employment by occupation and industry, educational attainment, and various housing characteristics, including age, value, type, occupancy, tenure, and affordability for both owners and renters, covering historical data, current estimates, and future projections.

The committee meeting included public comments regarding the Jail's facility condition, the necessity of diversion programs, and the cost of a new Justice Center. Key actions involved approving a resolution to support 2025 Senate Bill 558 and Assembly Bill 580 to establish the Wisconsin State Emergency Relief Act, and approving a resolution to increase fees for death record signings and cremation permits issued by the Medical Examiner's Office. A department report on the Public Safety Training Center highlighted completed indoor signage, planned resurfacing of a stairwell, an upcoming review of the MILO Virtual Reality system, and the recent in-service training and first Jail Academy graduation. The District Attorney's Office provided updates on personnel and the transition of CHIPS/TPR matters. A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to updates on the Jail, including inspections regarding code compliance and sanitation, and presentations on in-house inmate programming, diversion programs like Veterans Court and Drug Court, and the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Bridges to Recovery programs.
