College of the Sequoias Mid-Term Report
This Mid-Term Report details the College of the Sequoias' actions and progress in response to six recommendations from a 2006 accreditation team visit. It outlines improvements in establishing a positive campus climate, engaging constituent groups in decision-making and planning, developing and assessing student learning outcomes, expanding support and instructional services for diverse populations, and systematically reviewing and updating policies. The report also addresses 35 self-identified areas for institutional improvement and describes substantive changes including opening a new Education Center, introducing a professional pilot-helicopter degree, and enhancing the Distance Education program.
