The committee approved the purchase of banquet chairs from ComforTek Seating. Discussions included the Recreation Board Report, noting the status of basketball programs and staffing transitions. The committee also reviewed the Facilities and Marketing Board Report, highlighting membership revenue, the impact of new competing facilities, and the ongoing transition to a new website. Additionally, plans were discussed regarding the potential donation of old chairs to community organizations.

The committee addressed several business items, including the approval of bids for asphalt repairs, court maintenance, and multi-year mowing services. The committee authorized the purchase of a new tractor with attachments to support grounds maintenance operations. Additionally, the committee reviewed and approved the inclusion of the Parks, Planning & Maintenance Board Report and 4th Quarter goals in the Executive Director's report, and welcomed a new Superintendent of Golf Course Maintenance.

The meeting included the formal recognition of staff members for their years of service and professional achievements. The Board recessed briefly to conduct an A&F Committee meeting. Key items addressed under the consent agenda and new business included the approval of various park facility maintenance contracts, such as asphalt repairs, sealcoating, court repairs, mowing services, and equipment purchases, as well as several financial ordinances regarding budget appropriations and tax levy abatements. The Board also received reports from the President and the Executive Director, and discussed upcoming professional conferences and community programs.

The committee reviewed and recommended approval of the final Budget and Appropriation Ordinance, which incorporated department restructuring and tax revenue adjustments. Discussions included the 2025 Tax Levy Abatement Ordinance and a resolution to commit revenues for the Bridges of Poplar Creek Golf Course and The Club at Prairie Stone. Additionally, the committee addressed the Administration, Finance, and IT report, approved the 4th Quarter 2025 goals, and reviewed the open and paid invoice register as well as the revenue and expenditure report. The meeting also included committee member comments on facility operations and safety protocols.
