University Of Guam Board Of Regents Resolution
The Board of Regents approved the continuation of the FY2025 general operations, special appropriations, non-appropriated funds, and auxiliary budgets into FY2026 until such time as the FY2026 budgets can be reapportioned. This resolution authorizes the President and senior leadership to prepare necessary guidelines and procedures, as well as to reallocate funding and adjust operations to address cash shortfalls and ensure fiscal stability.
