City Council of the City of Napa Meeting Minutes
The council meeting addressed several fiscal and administrative items, including the approval of annual reports and budgets for the Downtown Business Promotions Tax Area, the Oxbow Business Promotions Assessment Area, and the Downtown Parking Assessment Area.
