An agreement was approved for the City's annual July 4th Spectacular and fireworks display. The council received and filed the annual Local Park Development Impact Fees report, the annual report of Master Plan of Drainage Development Impact Fees, and the annual Traffic Development Impact Fees report. It also adopted resolutions approving the Measure M2 Expenditure Report, relating to the classification, compensation, and terms of employment for various employee groups, and revising the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual. The Local Emergency Proclamation was affirmed, and the award and execution of the construction services agreement for the Lemon and Imperial Highway Emergency Storm Drain Repair Project was ratified. The 2026 City Council regular meeting schedule was approved, and claims for damages were denied.

The Yorba Linda City Council recognized Handel's Homemade Ice Cream as the City's Business of the Quarter.
