City of Montpelier City Council Regular Meeting
The Council approved interim amendments to the River Hazard Regulation to meet FEMA compliance and held first readings for updates to the Outdoor Burning and Building Code ordinances. Revisions to the zoning and building fee schedule were approved, and discussions took place regarding developer stimuli to encourage housing construction.
