It aims to address issues in land use planning and to enable community members to access financing. The plan incorporates recommendations on Land Management and economic development and provides a clear action implementation plan. It also focuses on financial and human resource challenges within the community and includes recommendations to access outside financial resources and build human resource and infrastructure capacity from within the community.
