The task force reviewed a strategic model for evaluating municipal building options and discussed findings from feasibility studies and webinars regarding adaptive reuse of municipal properties. The committee also assessed the 5-year capital plan and facilities staffing assessments. A primary focus of the meeting was the development of a public input plan, including the use of QR-coded signage and pamphlets at various town locations to gather resident feedback. Additionally, the task force planned to solicit information from department heads regarding the current and future utilization of the Old Town Hall, Town Hall, and Community House to inform future recommendations.

The meeting included a public shade tree hearing decision appeal regarding the removal of two trees on Williams Street for roadway widening, which the Board voted to approve. Additionally, the Board reviewed and adopted a formal response to seven questions and concerns raised by the Finance Committee regarding the town's proposed Municipal Fiber Project, addressing topics such as financial governance, rate setting, infrastructure durability, debt risk, and taxpayer investment.

The meeting included a joint session with the Finance Committee to review and accept various articles for the upcoming Town Warrant, covering topics such as fund transfers for municipal departments, capital planning, OPEB contributions, school roof repairs, and municipal fiber project financing. Additionally, the Board discussed amendments to town bylaws regarding building demolition, historical commission terms, snow shoveling regulations, and a ban on cryptocurrency ATMs. Presentations were provided on road resurfacing plans and recreation department fee structures. The Board also addressed public shade tree appeals and formally proclaimed Arbor Day.
