City Of Biggs City Council Regular Council Meeting
The City Council meeting addressed various municipal matters, including the approval of an electric customer rebate from the GHG Fund and the purchase of a new Utility District vehicle. The Council discussed and initiated the development of a City Mission, Vision, and Values statement, authorized a Request for Proposals for an Advanced Metering Infrastructure system, and adopted a new Travel Reimbursement Policy.
