The strategic plan outlines the vision of healthy people thriving in a healthy Stratford and the mission to improve the quality of life for residents through health promotion, disease prevention, and environmental assurance. It focuses on three key strategic priorities: strengthening communities by improving access to basic needs and addressing trauma to build resiliency; removing barriers to ensure resident access to primary, specialty, and behavioral healthcare and community-based services; and increasing organizational capacity. The plan aims to achieve equitable life expectancy and ensure residents have necessary resources.
