It emphasizes empowering students to overcome obstacles and move forward when facing difficulties.
The Region One ESC Board of Directors met to review and approve the recommendation of ROPC Professional Consultant Services RFP 23-0127 Extension 1 of 4, effective February 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026, with the option to extend up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods, if all parties are in agreement. The following vendors were awarded.
The meeting focused on discussing the assets and gaps in the region and how to overcome these gaps, with recommendations moving forward. It is important to bring the gaps to light so they can be discussed and come up with solutions on how to close these gaps for the community. Discussions on how to form partnerships or even career paths for students were held with different entities from the workforce to higher education to prek through 12.
