Trustees of the California State University Agenda
The agenda includes closed sessions for executive personnel matters and pending litigation. The board will discuss reports from the Chair, Academic Senate CSU, California State Student Association, and California State University Alumni Council. There will be a special presentation on strategic planning for the CSU. The Committee on Campus Planning, Buildings and Grounds will discuss the 2026 Final Five-Year Capital Outlay Plan and the California State University, Stanislaus Stockton Campus Master Plan. The Committee on Educational Policy will discuss academic planning and the Year of Engagement: Student Success Framework Final Report. The Committee on Institutional Advancement will discuss the California State University Trustees' Award for Outstanding Achievement. The Committee on University and Faculty Personnel will discuss executive compensation and civil rights programs. The Committee on Governmental Relations will discuss tribal relations and state legislative updates. The Committee on Audit will discuss a status report on audit and advisory services activities related to Title IX. The Committee on Finance will discuss financing approval for an Auxiliary Wellness and Recreation Center Acquisition at California State University, San Marcos and the California State University Quarterly Investment Report. The board will also discuss the 2026-2027 Operating Budget Plan.
