The plan guides the State Traffic Safety Coordinating Committee (STRCC) and includes goals, performance measures, and priority projects for NHTSA Section 405(c) funding, with recommendations enacted within three to five years.

Finally, the board addressed instructor evaluations, deciding to develop guidelines for instructors, including requirements for evaluations, class presentations, and a follow-up action plan.
