Elevation Pointe Community Development District Regular Meeting
The board meeting addressed various organizational matters, including the acceptance of a board member's resignation and the appointment of an individual to fill the resulting vacancy. The Board approved resolutions for electing an Assistant Secretary and an Assistant Treasurer, as well as resolutions for approving the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 budget, setting a public hearing for the budget, and setting a public hearing for the amendment of rules of procedure. Furthermore, the meeting involved the ratification of series requisitions, the appointment of an audit committee and its chairman, and a review of staff reports. An Audit Committee meeting was also conducted to discuss and approve the request for proposals and selection criteria for audit services.
